OddsReference is a real-time prediction market analytics platform. We aggregate publicly available odds data from prediction markets (including Polymarket, Kalshi, and Metaculus), present market visualizations, track on-chain whale activity, and publish educational content about prediction markets, sports betting, DFS, and related topics.

• Share links to the Site
• Reference OddsReference data with proper attribution

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Site without written permission
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without authorization
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Site

OddsReference has not yet formed a legal entity, so there is no jurisdiction of incorporation to name here. Until one exists, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable U.S. federal law and the law of the state in which the Site's operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction. This section will be updated to name a specific governing-law jurisdiction once OddsReference is formally incorporated.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
