No. OddsReference has a live price feed for prediction markets and sportsbooks, but not for online poker — rake caps and tournament structures are fixed by each room's published rules, not quoted in real time, and we do not have a live player-traffic feed. The figures here are structural facts cited from our own platform reviews.
Where is online poker legal in the US?
Real-money online poker is regulated in six states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Delaware, and West Virginia. That is roughly 25% of the US population. No additional states appear likely to legalize before 2027 based on current legislative activity, per our online poker legal-states guide.
What is MSIGA and why does it matter?
The Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement lets poker operators combine player pools across state lines instead of running isolated single-state markets. WSOP.com was first to reach 4-state shared liquidity (NV, NJ, DE, MI, joined by PA in April 2025). BetMGM runs a 3-state pool (NJ, PA, MI) across six skins. BetRivers currently has no MSIGA integration and runs single-state pools in each of its four markets.
Which US poker room has the softest games?
BetRivers Poker is consistently described as the softest in our review, largely because its Run It Once anonymous-table format makes HUDs ineffective and discourages multi-tabling regulars. WSOP.com's micro and low stakes also run soft because the GGPoker Smart HUD replaces the third-party tracking tools that otherwise advantage regulars.
